The gas-liquid linkage control ball valve produced by RTV Ruitong Valve consists of a gas-liquid linkage actuator and a high-pressure ball valve. The power source of the gas-liquid linkage actuator is directly taken from high-pressure natural gas in the independent pipeline, which means that after installing the gas-liquid linkage actuator on the valve, the gas source from the valve body is used as the power to open and close the regulating valve. To avoid human contact with natural gas, natural gas is a gas with a wide variety of impurities, among which hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic gas. It avoids human contact and can be directly collected. The gas collection interface designed by RTV Ruitong Valve Co., Ltd. is perfectly connected to the actuator. After filtering, natural gas is directly stored in the storage tank. By adopting integrated modules, high flow rate, and high-pressure design technology, fewer control components are subjected to high pressure, extending the life of seals, reducing piping, and reducing system leakage points, the overall safety of the equipment is improved. Hydraulic systems have advantages such as strong transmission rigidity, unsuitable compression, smooth transmission, and easy sealing. Gas has the advantage of a high compression ratio. The gas-liquid linkage actuator combines the advantages of gas and liquid perfectly through the conversion of gas-liquid transmission mode. High pressure gas enters the gas-liquid tank through the control system for conversion, and the hydraulic oil with equal pressure inside the tank is pressed into the corresponding hydraulic piston cylinder. At the same time, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic piston cylinder flows back into another gas-liquid tank, and the piston action drives the actuator to drive the valve to achieve smooth opening or closing. The gas-liquid linkage actuator works stably and operates reliably. The full travel time of the actuator action can be adjusted by adjusting the flow rate of hydraulic oil.

In addition, various corrosion resistance materials are available for users to select. According to customer requirements, the valve materials can be selected according to NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103, and strict quality control and quality inspection should be carried out during the manufacturing so as to fully meet the requirements in the standards and meet the service conditions in sulfurization environment.
