Main uses
The clamp ball valve and clamp insulation jacket ball valve are suitable for various pipelines with a working temperature of Class150, PN1.0-2.5MPa, and a working temperature of 29-180 ℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene as the sealing ring) or 29-300 ℃ (with counterpoint polystyrene as the sealing ring). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and different materials are selected. They can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea, etc.
Applicable media: water, gas, oil, natural gas, and acid-base corrosive media.
Applicable temperature: -20~150~300 ℃
Driving methods: manual, pneumatic, electric, etc.
Nominal pressure: 1.6-2.5MPa

Material: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, dual phase steel.
Drive: manual, worm wheel drive, electric, pneumatic.
Applications: petroleum, chemical, natural gas, petrochemical, coal chemical industry and other industries.
Structural characteristics
1. eccentric design makes friction free transmission between the sealing surfaces extend the service life of the valve.
2. elastic seal is generated by torque.
3. The clever wedge design makes the valve more closed and tighter automatic sealing function. The sealing surfaces are compensatory and zero leakage.
4. small size, light weight, easy operation and easy installation.
5. pneumatic and electric devices can be configured to meet the needs of remote control and program control.
