Ruitong Valve produces JIS standard ball valves and Japanese standard flange ball valves.
Valve stem anti flying structure: When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the cavity of the valve body may push the valve stem out. To prevent this situation from occurring, a protruding structure is installed below the valve stem.

Ruitong Valve produces JIS standard ball valves and Japanese standard flange ball valves: Floating ball valves have advanced structure, simple operation, and long service life. The structural characteristics are as follows:

(1) Valve stem anti flying structure: When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the cavity of the valve body may push the valve stem out. To prevent this situation from occurring, a protruding structure is installed below the valve stem. In this way, even if the packing, thrust bearing, or other reasons cause damage to the packing during a fire, the pressure of the medium inside the valve body will cause the valve stem protrusion to seal tightly with the valve body, preventing a large amount of medium from leaking from the damaged packing area.

(2) Anti static device: When operating the valve, due to friction between the ball and non-metallic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, static charges will be generated and accumulate in the ball. To prevent the generation of static sparks, anti-static devices are installed on the valve to discharge the generated static electricity (please contact our company's sales representative for detailed instructions).

(3) Fireproof structure: The RTV brand Ruitong valve floating ball valve seat adopts a unique structure. When a fire occurs and the non-metallic sealing surface material is burned, the metal ring uses the elasticity of the spring to push the valve seat and the ball to fit and seal, thereby preventing the spread of fire and the flow of media.

(4) The middle flange has no leakage structure: The connection between the valve body and the left body is sealed with a gasket. To prevent sealing leakage caused by fire, high temperature, or vibration, the valve body is specially designed to contact the metal metal of the left body to form a stop flange, ensuring no leakage.

(5) Automatic pressure relief structure: When the medium trapped in the valve chamber experiences abnormal pressure rise due to changes in pipeline system pressure or medium temperature, the medium in the chamber can rely on its own thrust to push the valve seat and automatically release pressure, ensuring the safety of the valve.
